Playing games

Every game on GamesDady is free to play in your browser. You do not need an account, a download, or a payment. Games load inside our game player from our servers or from third-party hosting providers; when a game loads from a third party, your browser connects to that provider directly.

Some games show keyboard, mouse, touch, or gamepad instructions on their page. If a game does not run on your device or browser, try a modern version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, or contact us with the game URL and your device details.

Accounts and comments

Accounts are optional. Registered users may save preferences and post comments. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything posted under your account.

Comments must stay family-friendly: no spam, hate speech, personal information, or links to harmful content. We may edit or remove comments and suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

Intellectual property

GamesDady respects the rights of game developers and publishers. Games are published with permission, under license, or as fan and open-source titles attributed to their creators. If you believe a title infringes your rights, send a removal request through our contact page with the game URL and proof of ownership, and we will act promptly - infringing titles are removed, not negotiated.

The GamesDady name, logo, and site design belong to us. You may link to our pages and share short excerpts with credit, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site, frame it misleadingly, or scrape it in bulk without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe other users' accounts, submit malicious content, or use automated tools to bulk-download games or data. Fair personal use in a normal browser is all this service is for.

Advertising

GamesDady is free because advertising may support it. Ads, when shown, are served by third-party advertising partners that may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser.

Disclaimer and liability

Games and site content are provided for entertainment on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every game works on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the revision date below always shows the current version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
