Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information GamesDady (โ€œweโ€, โ€œusโ€) collects when you visit https://gamesdady.com and play our free browser games, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site.

The short version

You can play every game on GamesDady without creating an account and without giving us your name or email. We collect the minimum technical data needed to run the site, and games themselves load from third-party hosts, which have their own privacy practices described below.

Information we collect

Account information (optional): creating an account is never required to play. If you do register, we store only what you provide, such as a username and email address, so you can sign in, save preferences, and post comments.

Comments and feedback: if you post a comment or contact us, we store the content you submit along with the date. Do not post personal information in public comments.

Automatic technical data: like nearly every website, our servers receive standard log information - pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to keep the site fast, fix errors, and understand which games players love. IP addresses are not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and local storage

GamesDady uses browser cookies and local storage for strictly functional purposes: remembering login sessions, game preferences (such as volume or quality settings), and basic analytics. No advertising profiles are built from this data by us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies such as login sessions may sign you out, but games remain playable.

Third-party game embeds

Games on this site are HTML5 titles that load inside the game player from third-party hosting providers. When you press Play, your browser connects directly to that provider to load the game files - exactly as if you had visited their server yourself.

Those providers may set their own cookies or collect their own technical data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. If you prefer not to load third-party game content, simply do not press Play.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious, aggregated website analytics to measure overall traffic by country and popular pages. This data is statistical only and is never used to identify individual visitors.

Children's privacy

GamesDady is a general-audience site with a dedicated Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age threshold in your country). Accounts, comments, and contact forms are intended for users old enough to consent under local law, and parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review or delete a child's information.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information to anyone. We share data only as needed to operate the site (for example, hosting and analytics providers bound by confidentiality), or when required by law.

Data retention and security

Account and comment data is kept only while your account is active or as needed to operate the site. Server logs rotate automatically. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of internet transmission is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page and we will respond within the time required by law.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data is handled - such as new login options, analytics providers, or advertising partners - this policy will be updated and the revision date below will change. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
